Neurodiversity and Women

It's International Women's Day and that got me thinking about all the Neurodivergent Women who have, and still are, striving to be seen in a world that doesn't always see our talent, resilience and brilliance.

“Don’t think about making women fit the world – think about making the world fit women.”
— Gloria Steinem

At Diversia, this message resonates deeply.

Too often, women – particularly neurodivergent women and girls – are expected to adapt to systems that were never designed with their strengths in mind. International Women’s Day reminds us that true progress means changing the environment, not the individual.

At Diversia difference is recognised, valued and supported. Through training, mentoring and awareness, we help organisations, educators and individuals understand neurodiversity and unlock the strengths behind different ways of thinking.

Because inclusion isn’t about fitting in.
It’s about creating spaces where everyone belongs and can thrive as they are.

Today we celebrate the women who challenge systems, reshape workplaces, and champion a more inclusive future.

✨ Here’s to building a world that works for everyone.
